Lady Cloe: New York City, United States; I am Lady Cloe and am a strict Lady. I may be a bit old-fashioned but think when adult boys have been disrespectful or rude, it is best to provide a short sharp shock. I find that pulling trousers down and administering a good hard spanking to make the bottom nice and rosy is the best solution. My hand and many implements will assure that the point is driven home.
